Deion Sanders' Son's 'Hood' Tweet Gets Laughs, Gentle Scold From Dad

Rich kid Deion Sanders Jr. got laughed at by his father this week after posting a tweet about the so-called "hood."

Deion Sanders Jr., currently a sophomore wide receiver at Southern Methodist University, was apparently trying to up his street cred on Thursday morning as he issued a hood tweet to his 65,000 followers.

Gotta get the hood doughnuts almost every morning. If my doughnuts don't come in a plain white box, I don't want them!

The jig was up, however, when his famous father noticed the tweet, and fired back with a big "LOL."

Deion Sanders Sr. compared his son to the Huxtable kids on "The Cosby Show," whose mother and father were a rich doctor and lawyer, respectively.

Sanders the younger seemed to concede the point, as indicated by his retweeting of Sanders the elder.

One Twitter user watching the back and forth commented that the Sanders Sr. had affected "the ultimate roast," but the Hall of Fame cornerback made sure to clarify that his chiding caused no family strife.
