An Italian land artist has transformed a cornfield into a giant portrait of Donald Trump near the Italian city of Verona.
The artist, Dario Gambarin, created the portrait of the Republican presidential nominee on a 25,000 square-meter cornfield, and wrote “Ciao” under Trump’s left shoulder, representing recent presidential polls that currently have Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton ahead of Trump, The Associated Press reported.
Gambarin told the Verona daily L’Arena that he believes “anything can happen. And in case of defeat, the Republican Trump can in any case console himself with my huge portrait,” the AP said.
This comes a couple of months after Gambarin created a similar portrait for Hillary Clinton.
According to the AP, Gambarin does this quite often. He enjoys choosing different topical figures and turning them into ‘tractor art,’ which is basically when he freestyles throughout his cornfield.
Other popular figures he’s featured as portraits in his field have been Nelson Mandela, President Barack Obama and Pope Francis.
As of Tuesday, Clinton was up 6 points in the polls at 48 percent compared to Trump’s 42 percent, The Washington Post reported.
The Republican candidate is entering into the final two weeks of the campaign looking for positive publicity, Vanity Fair reported, calling a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday for his new hotel in Washington, D.C. a "publicity stunt" to promote his businesses.
“We’re very proud of our company,” he said, according to the publication.
