Lori Loughlin's daughter, Olivia Jade Giannulli, was spotted out partying in California while her parents are facing the possibility of prison time for their role in the college admissions cheating scandal in which she has been implicated.
Loughlin and her fashion designer husband Mossimo Giannulli were among 50 people charged by U.S. federal prosecutors last month in a $25 million scheme to help wealthy Americans cheat their children's way into elite universities. The embattled couple stand accused of forking out $500,000 in bribes for each of their daughters, Fox News noted.
Olivia has been laying low since news of the scandal broke but the influencer, who has over 1.3 million followers on Instagram and nearly 2 million subscribers on YouTube, clearly is not distraught 24/7 judging by her behavior, because she decided to step out in public for a night of fun at the home of fellow YouTube star David Dobrik.
There were several other internet celebrities present but while the group were told make it a cellphone-free zone, YouTube star Heather Hussar recorded a few clips of the evening, which made their way online.
Meanwhile, Loughlin, Giannulli and other prominent parents have pleaded not guilty to the college admissions cheating scam while sources claim Olivia's sister is allegedly under criminal investigation for her involvement in the scandal, The Daily Mail reported.
Amid the ordeal, Olivia is reportedly "terrified" she will have to testify against her parents in court, a source told Entertainment Tonight. However, she remains "mad at her parents."
