An autopsy report revealing Bobby Brown Jr.'s cause of death has been released. The son of singer Bobby Brown died from the effects of alcohol, cocaine, and fentanyl, according to the report cited by USA Today.

Brown Jr.'s girlfriend found him dead in his California home on Nov. 18. An investigative report stated that he had been drinking tequila with his friends and had "snorted" three lines of cocaine and taken Percocet the night before his death, which was ruled an accident. No drugs or "drug paraphernalia" were discovered at the scene of his death, the autopsy report noted, according to NBC News.

His death is the latest in a string of tragedies to hit Bobby Brown.

In 2012, his ex-wife, iconic singer Whitney Houston, was found dead after drowning in a Beverly Hills hotel room bathtub. Coroner’s officials ruled Houston’s death accidental and said heart disease and cocaine were contributing factors.

Three years later their daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, was found face-down in a bathtub at her Atlanta home on Jan. 31, 2015. She was in a coma for six months before dying in hospice care at age 22. An autopsy showed that she had morphine, cocaine, alcohol, and prescription drugs in her body.

Sources later told People that she was regularly using heroin, cocaine, and Xanax in the months before she was found unconscious. Her aunt, Pat Houston, told Entertainment Tonight that she was trying to find help for her niece before she was hospitalized.

"When we really found out that Krissy was in trouble, we were really making plans to do something about it," said Pat Houston "But it came too late."
