Bill Clinton Obamacare Revelation a Signal of Hillary Run? (Video)

Former President Bill Clinton said Tuesday that President Barack Obama should make good on his promise that everyone who likes their health insurance plans can keep them under Obamacare, The Associated Press reported.

"So I personally believe, even if it takes a change to the law, the president should honor the commitment the federal government made to those people and let them keep what they got," Clinton said in an interview with the website Ozy.com Tuesday.

Obama has come under pressure in recent weeks as millions of Americans started receiving insurance cancellation letters. The president had repeatedly said people would not be forced to change their insurance under the new law.

The White House says it is working on changes that would ease the impact of the cancellations for some people. But the fixes under consideration are administrative actions, not congressional changes to the law.

Twitter interpreted Clinton's comments as the former president distancing himself from Obamacare ahead of his wife's anticipated 2016 presidential run.
