After 2016 when nearly 150 celebrities died, many people became afraid that 94-year-old Betty White would be the next casualty. When she made it to 2017, fans breathed a sigh of relief. Until they saw that she was trending on Twitter recently.
Nothing to worry about, it was just because it’s her 95th birthday today!
Betty White may be 95, but she is still so vibrant and in touch with the world around her. She dabs, she occasionally gives an opinion about an issue, and she has plenty of adorable sass. Happy Birthday Betty White, and may you have many more!
White told Katie Couric in an ABC interview that she doesn’t feel 95, saying, “I’m so blessed with good health and faculty. I’ve got memories and all that. You can’t really expect that at 95. I’m the luckiest old broad on two feet.”
White is spending her birthday on set preparing for a guest spot on Freeform’s “Young & Hungry,” but will have a small get-together with a few friends later tonight, according to TMZ. She shares a birthday with Muhammad Ali, who passed away in June, and outgoing first lady Michelle Obama.
