Palin Defends Decisions as Governor

Sarah Palin has a backbone of steel and does not second-guess her decisions. She’s made that clear time and again as her tough stance goes back to her days as governor.

Recently released emails show a supporter asking Palin to admit she made a mistake in forcing out her Public Safety Commissioner due to personal reasons.

Palin shot back that had she made a mistake, she would admit it, but that “Replacing him (as has happened in Walt’s last two jobs) has absolutely nothing to do with problems from 2005, with a former brother-in-law.” Palin emailed. “I never asked, nor pressured Walt in any way to fire Trooper Wooten as he admitted to reporters once he realized the suggestion had been made.” Palin said at the time she welcomed an investigation.
