Dick Morris Analysis

Dick Morris has concluded: "I think Bush will win. He will win the national vote by 2 or 3 points."

Morris now counts 20 states in which Bush is doing better than in 2000. This trend, Morris says, will make Bush the winner.

Dick Morris continues to see surprising strength in George Bush's numbers.

"George Bush is looking very good," Morris tells NewsMax.com.

Morris notes how Bush is doing compared to how he did in these same states in 2000: Alabama +2; Connecticut +8; D.C. even; Georgia +8; Kansas -1; Illinois -15; Indiana +5; Kentucky +3; Massachusetts +6; New Hampshire even; New Jersey +6; Oklahoma +7; Pennsylvania -13; South Carolina even; Tennessee +3; Virginia +3; Vermont -4.

Morris says thatof these 17 states compared to 2000, Bush is running about even in three states, he is behind in four, and he is doing much better in 10.

These trends are extremely positive for Bush, Morris says.

Susan Estrich told Fox News tonight that she has spoken to Kerry headquarters and that either all the exit polls are wrong or John Kerry is the next president.

Morris says hold on.

He says that the exit polls may be wrong.

He continues to see an unusually strong trend for Bush in many states.

He notes that in Massachusetts Bush is pulling 39 percent of the vote so far. In 2000 Bush only pulled 32 percent.

If such trends continue throughout the night, George Bush may win.
