President Donald Trump on Thursday blasted a Fox News poll that surveyed voters on their feelings on impeachment proceedings.
Trump posted on Twitter:
"From the day I announced I was running for President, I have NEVER had a good @FoxNews Poll. Whoever their Pollster is, they suck. But @FoxNews is also much different than it used to be in the good old days. With people like Andrew Napolitano, who wanted to be a Supreme Court Justice & I turned him down (he's been terrible ever since), Shep Smith, @donnabrazile (who gave Crooked Hillary the debate questions & got fired from @CNN), & others, @FoxNews doesn't deliver for US anymore. It is so different than it used to be. Oh well, I'm President!"
The president's social media posts came the same day The New York Times reported on Attorney General William Barr's private meeting with Rupert Murdoch, the media mogul who founded News Corp. Murdoch's holdings include Fox News, which Trump believes has recently become more critical of him.
The meeting was held at Murdoch's home in New York.
The poll Trump was upset about showed 51% of registered voters surveyed believe Trump should be impeached and removed from office.
