The new outside political group that has been bandied about for some weeks to support President-elect Donald Trump's agenda is finally poised to launch, Politico reports.
Trump's former digital director Brad Parscale is expected to be named president of the unnamed group with two of vice president-elect Mike Pence's top henchmen also expected to sit atop the group.
"The formal Trump outside group will be this one," an unnamed source told Politico.
At one point, Kellyanne Conway's name was attached to this group before she accepted a role as counselor to the president.
Parsacle was anointed by Jared Kushner, Trump's son-in-law, to head the day-to-day operations of the 501(c) non-profit group, Politico reports.
Katrina Pierson, who made many appearances on the talk show circuit in support of Trump during the campaign, will serve as the group's communications director.
