Omarosa Manigault – Donald Trump's "The Apprentice" co-star after competing on season one of the reality series – has been named to the president-elect's transition team.
She was one of nine new members of the transition's executive committee announced Thursday, Politico reported.
Developing a reputation for being combative during her stint on "The Apprentice," Omarosa, as she was commonly known, went on to become a television personality on talk shows and other programs, including Trump's sequel, "Celebrity Apprentice."
When she started working with Trump’s campaign over the summer, she served as his director of African-American outreach, and raised eyebrows early last month by asserting the campaign was "keeping a list" of its enemies.
Omarosa, who changed her Twitter bio to reflect her new status on the transition team, called Trump the "great unifier" Thursday.
