Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Thursday that FBI agent Peter Strzok could have been "totally prejudiced" in the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's emails without committing a crime.
Strzok testified before Congress on Thursday, where he was asked about both the Russia and Clinton investigations.
"The American people, not just the Congress, deserve to know who were doing these things and what they were doing," Gingrich said on Fox News.
"Nothing I've seen so far would lead me to have any belief, except they were remarkably prejudiced and they were dedicated to Hillary Clinton winning and they were dedicated to stop Donald Trump if they could."
Gingrich also wondered if Strzok had "deliberately avoiding discovering anything" when investigating Clinton.
