Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh will hand over to the Senate Judiciary Committee calendars from his years in high school as proof of his denial of sexual assault allegations, The New York Times reported on Sunday.
The calendars reportedly record that Kavanaugh was not at home for most of the summer in 1982, the year that Prof. Christine Blasey Ford alleges Kavanaugh assaulted her at a party.
The calendars include details about other get-togethers that he did attend, but do not include any information about a party fitting the description of the one detailed by Ford in her accusations, according to the Times.
Although Kavanaugh's lawyers acknowledged that he could have attended a party that he did not mark on the calendars, they are reportedly planning to argue that it proves there is no corroboration for her story.
Ford, who has alleged that Kavanaugh pinned her down and groped her over her clothes at a party during their high school years, agreed to publicly testify about the alleged sexual assault this Thursday.
Kavanaugh will also testify at the hearing.
