Mike Huckabee says he doubts Senate Democrats will be mature enough to swiftly confirm President-elect Donald Trump's cabinet choices in this week's hearings on Capitol Hill.

And, adds the former Arkansas governor and GOP presidential candidate, Democrats even ripped off a popular slogan from a veteran rock star to indicate their opposition to the repeal of the Affordable Care Act.

"I fear that appealing to Senate Democrats to ‘grow up' may be a lost cause, considering that their most recent slogan to mock the repeal of Obamacare — 'Make America Sick Again' — was stolen directly from Alice Cooper's 2016 tour merchandise, Huckabee said Monday on his Facebook page.

He was referring to the legendary "Godfather of Shock Rock,” whose smash hits include "School's Out" and "No More Mr. Nice Guy."

Huckabee wants Democrats to follow the advice of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell gave them.

"[He] urged Democrats to ‘grow up' and drop their plans to try to attack and delay all of Trump's Cabinet confirmations," Huckabee said.

"McConnell said he understands that Democrats are frustrated that they lost the election, but in 2008, 'We confirmed seven Cabinet appointments the day President Obama was sworn in. We didn't like most of them, either. But he won the election."'
