Democrat Harley Rouda is holding a razor-thin lead over Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif., 50.7-49.3 percent after 100 percent of precincts have reported in California's 48th Congressional District, according to the Associated Press election results.
"There remain thousands of provisional and late vote-by-mail ballots from the district left to be counted post-election," The Orange County Register reported Wednesday. "Neither candidate claimed victory as of early Wednesday morning."
The vote total from AP had Rouda getting 91,750 votes to 89,068 for the Republican incumbent, a difference of just 1,682 votes.
