Hillary Clinton will start raising money for the Democratic National Convention and for her general election account, according to
CNN.
The general election account allows individual donors who have already given to Clinton's campaign to donate up to $2,700 more.
The Hillary Action Fund will combine fundraising efforts for the Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and its headquarters fund, CNN's report said.
The Hillary Action Fund can raise money for both.
Donors can now give $100,200 to both the convention account and to the Democratic committee’s headquarters account.
Clinton appeared to focus on the convention after the California primary, when she urged voters "whether you're a Democrat, Republican, or an independent" to join Democrats at the convention in Philadelphia.
Politico reports that Clinton has raised about $300 million, $240 million of it for the primary campaign.
