President Barack Obama has become "embarrassed" by his signature healthcare plan — as evidenced by his non-stop tweaking of its rules and regulations, says Stephen Moore, editorial board member and senior economics writer for The Wall Street Journal.
"This is supposed to be Barack Obama's signature achievement, right? Obamacare was supposed to be his crowning achievement as president," Moore told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.
"If that's so, why is he embarrassed by it? Why he is delaying its implementation?"

Obama announced this week that employers with fewer than 100 workers will not have to provide health insurance until 2016 under the Affordable Care Act. The announcement is yet another delay in a key requirement of the law.
The end result, regardless of the tweaks, is grim, Moore says.
"This will mean that a lot of people, a lot of companies simply won't provide health insurance and the number of the uninsured will not go down as had been advertised," he said.
"We could end up with more people uninsured in 10 years than we have today."
