Washington Post's Kessler: Obama 'Megaphone' Twists Truth

By    |   Wednesday, 30 October 2013 05:32 PM EDT

Glenn Kessler, a Washington Post fact checker who awarded President Barack Obama "four Pinocchios" for saying Americans could keep their current health insurance, says the commander-in-chief used a "large megaphone" to distort the truth.

"Not only did he say it while it was being debated, but then said it repeatedly after the bill was signed into law," Kessler told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

Story continues below video.

"What we're seeing right now is the impact on the individual market. Not the people that get their plans through employers, which happens to be most people, but people that buy individual insurance."
