Gov. Rick Perry is planning to send Texas National Guard troops to the border to aid with the influx of illegal immigrant minors from Central America, and border expert Zack Taylor says that Perry is pitting the "Texas National Guard against the United States government."
"The government is telling the people to come," Taylor told John Bachman on "America's Forum" on
Newsmax TV on Monday.

"They are telling them they are going to get a permisso when they get here," he said. "When that person crosses the river and walks up to a Border Patrol agent, they're going to be taken to a processing facility, and then they are going to be given a permisso to be here and work in the meantime."
The chairman of the National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers said the Texas National Guard troops will be "deployed north of the border."
"You've got a lot of people concentrated right along the Rio Grande River — essentially Highway 83 parallels the river — and they are going to be working north of that all the way up into the ranch land into Brooks County," Taylor said.
