Lawyer: SEC Whistleblower Program Seeing Record Response

Financial insiders make up 40 percent of those reporting fraud to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since it launched a program to encourage whistleblowers, business lawyer Robert Sadowski, a former Justice Department fraud watchdog, told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV Thursday.
