Tom DeLay to Christians: Rise Up Against the Slaughter

Christians around the world must "rise up" in 2017 to fight the bloodthirsty terror groups who are trying to wipe them out, Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.

And the former House majority leader is urging President-elect Donald Trump to get involved in stopping the senseless slaughter of Christians that has plagued the world in the past recent years.

"Christians have to rise up now more than ever especially more than in the last 50-100 years and start fighting back and pushing back against these outrageous [acts]," DeLay said Tuesday on Newsmax TV's "America Talks Live."

"Nothing's been done. I hope Trump has a different attitude. It's not just in the Middle East where these horrific beheadings and burnings of Christians and killing children and women. It's just outrageous and no one is standing up in outrage.

"The things that are going on in China against Christians are equally as bad, in Africa, in other parts of the world."
