Retired LAPD Sergeant: Chaos in Ferguson Was Avoidable

If white Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson had approached black teenager Michael Brown in a less confrontational manner on Aug. 9 for walking in the street, everything afterward — from Brown's shooting death to the racial turmoil that followed — "could have been avoided," retired Los Angeles police sergeant Cheryl Dorsey told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV Friday.
