Rep. Marsha Blackburn says she's not surprised that Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and his Democratic colleagues plan a filibuster to stop the confirmation of President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch.
"It does not surprise me. One of the things that is just so unbelievably frustrating is how people are fighting back against everything that the administration is bringing forward," Blackburn, a Tennessee Republican, said Friday to Steve Malzberg on Newsmax TV's "America Talks Live."

"It's not just a 'pick your fight,' they're going to go to the mat on everything. I had an email . . . from a constituent and they said, 'you know, we want you all to move this bill to the Senate and we want the fighting, the public fighting, the infighting, to stop. We want things to happen for our country.'
"I've got to tell you, that is what I'm beginning to hear from so many of my constituents."
On Thursday, Schumer of New York indicated he will vote no on Gorsuch and lead a filibuster of Trump's nominee.
