Gen. Vallely: Trump, Kim Trying to 'Out-psych' Each Other

The leaders of America and North Korea are engaged in "a gigantic psychological operation" in which Kim Jong Un "will come out on the short end," according to retired Army Major Gen. Paul Vallely.

In an interview Tuesday on Newsmax TV's "Newsmax Now," the co-author of "Endgame" said President Donald Trump is a "master" of the tactic.
