Justin Levitt, a Loyola University law professor who has studied vote fraud, and Pete Peterson, a California Republican secretary of state candidate, joined "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV on Monday to discuss whether laws that require voters to have certain forms of identification at the polls do more harm than good.
