Mideast Expert: Hamas Trying to Win War of 'Public Opinion'

The terrorist group Hamas knows it can't win against Israeli forces on the battlefield, so it is trying to "defeat Israel in the realm of international public opinion," Middle East expert Joshua Muravchik told Newsmax TV's "America's Forum" on Wednesday.

Muravchik, who is a fellow at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, also discussed the "on-again, off-again" cease-fires between Israel and the Palestinians, and why the political left has become more "anti-Israel."
