Amber Barno: Illegals in Military Controversial Subject

Former Army helicopter pilot Amber Barno said on Newsmax TV's "America's Forum" Monday that while she understands the military's need for certain skills — such as specialized linguists in Arabic, Pashtu, Persian, Chinese and some of the rare dialects — allowing illegal immigrants to join the U.S. Armed Forces while the government is downsizing is a morale killer.

"We just started a new war with ISIS and it's not sending the best message to our troops right now who are still involved in combat saying we're going to get rid of them, but we're going to allow some illegal aliens to come in," Barno said.
