Oil Expert: Obama's Proposed Ozone Standards Not Needed

Howard Feldman, the American Petroleum Institute's director of regulatory and scientific affairs, joined Ed Berliner on "MidPoint" on Newsmax TV on Monday to discuss President Barack Obama's new proposed EPA ozone standards and how difficult it would be for the country to be able to meet them.

Feldman contends the ozone standards set in 2008 are doing the job of "protecting the public health."
