Cyber expert Steven J.J. Weisman, attorney and Bentley University media law professor, joined J.D. Hayworth on "America's Forum" on
Newsmax TV Monday to discuss how shoppers this holiday season can protect themselves and their bank accounts from hackers, who's behind the Sony hacking, cyber espionage and other issues.
Weisman contends that shoppers have better protections if they use credit cards versus debit cards and that online shoppers may be better protected than those who shop in brick-and-mortar stores.
