Ed Berliner, the "MidPoint" host on Newsmax TV,  said Wednesday that while he has a lot to be thankful for, this Thanksgiving he wants to give a special thanks to former Ferguson Mayor Brian Fletcher, who proved to be a light amid the darkness.
