Security Expert: Congress Must Take Up War Powers Debate

Congress needs to debate — and vote on — a new Authorization for Use of Military Force to address the changed nature of the conflicts in Iraq and Syria, and to define the U.S.-led campaign against the Islamic State (ISIS), Edward Turzanksi, a terrorism and security expert at the Foreign Policy Research Institute, told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV on Monday.
