Get ready to meet the "other" Band of Brothers — an incredible pack of fighting men who were not focused on in the bestselling book "Band of Brothers" by Stephen Ambrose or the Emmy-winning HBO mini-series of the same name — who were just as brave and vital to America’s victory. You will hear riveting stories of incredible heroism straight from the mouths of the men who were there, along with never-before-seen photos and archival footage that will put you dead center into the combat.

Among the troops featured are Easy Company, the 2nd Battalion of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division that was widely known as the "Screaming Eagles” and remains one of the most revered combat units in U.S. military history.

Following two years of hard training, the soldiers of Easy Company parachuted into Normandy on D-Day and, later, into Holland for Operation Market Garden. They fought their way through Belgium, France, and Germany, survived overwhelming odds, liberated concentration camps and drank a victory toast in April 1945 at Hitler's hideout in the Alps.

Now, you will hear 20 of the few remaining survivors from Easy Company sharing those stories of sacrifice and courage for Marcus Brotherton's oral-history book project, “We Who Are Alive and Remain, Untold Stories From the Band of Brothers.’’ In this film, those same veterans, along with the families of three deceased others, recount the horrors and the victories, the bonds they made, the tears and blood they shed, and the friends they lost.

Just when you think you’ve heard every last tale of extraordinary World War II heroism, get ready for “A Company of Heroes: Untold Stories from the Band of Brothers.”

“A Company of Heroes: Untold Stories from the Band of Brothers” adds to the diverse programming featured on Newsmax TV, now carried in more than 40 million U.S. satellite and cable homes.
