Kelly, columnist, host of Power Player on Tribune's CLTV and Chicago mayor candidate, joined Ed Berliner on "MidPoint" on Newsmax TV Thursday to discuss the recent wave of shootings in Chicago. He contends that Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is the most anti-Second Amendment politician in the country and it shows with the rise in shootings in the Windy City.
