Ex-Prosecutor: Botched Executions Stir Debate on Death Penalty

Botched executions are creating a "national schizophrenia" on the death penalty, former federal prosecutor Bruce Reinhart told Newsmax TV's "America's Forum" on Wednesday.

Criminal defense attorney Dan Hochheiser joined the discussion about death penalty transparency issues, what's humane when it comes to execution, whether the practice will continue, and a lawsuit on a botched execution in Oklahoma earlier this year.
