Bozell: Mainstream News Media Are 'Organ' of Democrats

Brent Bozell, founder and president of the Media Research Center, says mainstream news broadcasts are "an organ" of the Democrats in their coverage of the government shutdown.

"There were 21 evening newscasts blaming the Republicans. How many evening newscasts blamed the Democrats? Not one," Bozell told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"And then they call themselves the news," he said Monday. "No, it's just an organ of the Democrat body … Truth is not the commodity that's in high demand in the eyes of the media."
