The Donald Trump campaign's "Trump Tower Live" feature on Facebook is a product of getting around the left-wing media, senior adviser Boris Epshteyn told Newsmax TV.
During an appearance on "America Talks Live" Friday, Epshteyn told host Steve Malzberg the campaign has reached seven million people with the live video feature.
"It is a vehicle to bypass the left-wing media and to go right to the voters," Epshteyn said. "And that's what Mr. Trump has done throughout his run, throughout this whole campaign from way right before he announced to now, he's always spoken directly to the people. He's someone who relates to the people so well."

Epshteyn also debunked the idea that "Trump Tower Live" would be rolled into a television station after the election, as some reports have said.
Epshteyn, who in the past worked for the McCain-Palin presidential ticket during the 2008 election, said the media's bias against Trump's presidential aspirations is obvious.
"It's obvious that the left-wing media, CNN, MSNBC, are distorting our message," he said. "So we decided to bring our message directly to the people and that's what we're doing."
