Bill O'Reilly tells Newsmax TV he plans to have his day in court to address the scandal that derailed his highly rated primetime time show on the Fox News Channel.
"I've made it clear that the way things went down for me was wrong," O'Reilly told John Bachman Thursday on "Newsmax Now."
"But I'm not going to litigate this on the media. I'm going to do it in court and I will and that's really all I have to say about it."

He made the statement when asked about Fox News CEO Rupert Murdoch calling the notion that Fox News's sexual harassment scandals have hurt the company "nonsense," despite several top names at the network — including O'Reilly — being ousted over such charges.
O'Reilly — author of the bestselling book, "Killing England: The Brutal Struggle for American Independence," written with Martin Dugard — now hosts a daily podcast at BillOReilly.com and has made numerous appearences on Newsmax TV.
"I really don't want to comment on my former employer of Fox News. Let's just say that I know a lot about what happened there," O'Reilly told Bachman.
"But I don't think it's fair of me at this point to make any comments about Rupert Murdoch or anybody else over there. I'm trying very hard to keep a decent relationship with FNC."
