'Newsmax Now' Guests Spar Over Clinton Emails

Ari Rabin-Havt, host of "The Agenda" and former adviser to Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, and Mark Meckler, an attorney and president of Citizens For Self-Governance, debated about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private email server on Monday's episode of "Newsmax Now" on Newsmax TV. 

Rabin-Havt insisted there is no scandal behind Clinton's use of the server or with her emailing her confidant Sidney Blumenthal about Libya. Meckler countered that the FBI wouldn't be investigating if it didn't suspect possible criminal activity.
