Tech CEO: Electricity, Light Key to Empowering Africa

Africa suffers from "energy poverty," with 1.2 billion people unconnected to power grids, and plugging in would provide dependable lighting for everything from homework to health care, Camille Van Gestel, CEO of WakaWaka, a maker of solar-powered lighting devices, told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV Friday.
