A suspect has been "contained" after a lockdown at the Naval Air Station Oceana Base in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and at least one victim has been transported to the hospital, U.S. Navy officials said on Twitter on Friday. No further details were available, and Navy officials could not immediately be reached to comment.
