The Secret Service told CNN it did not provide a white box truck to block the media's view of President Donald Trump playing golf at his course Wednesday in Palm Beach, Fla.

"The USSS is in the business of protection and investigations, not in commissioning vehicles to block the media's view of the president's golf swing," said Cathy Milhoan, a spokeswoman for the Secret Service.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's office also said it did not "order a box truck to block any views of the president."

A large white truck obscured journalists from filming, photographing or viewing Trump while he played a round at Trump International Golf Club Wednesday. CNN said when its photojournalist moved his camera, the truck moved, too, to block his view.

Journalists from ABC and CBS were also attempting to get footage of Trump playing golf as the president has spent the past two days on the links. He played a round Tuesday with Sen. David Perdue, R-Ga., PGA tour player Bryson DeChambeau, and former PGA player Dana Quigley.

Trump is staying at his Mar-a-Lago resort through New Year's Day.

A White House spokesperson did not respond to CNN's request for a comment about the truck.
