A former Republican congressman is providing a window into what he says are the controversial methods employed by special prosecutor Jack Smith, who is leading the classified documents case that's ensnared former President Donald Trump.

Former Arizona Rep. Rick Renzi knows firsthand what it's like to go up against Smith and veteran trial lawyer David Harbach in court considering it was the same duo that prosecuted Renzi a decade ago.
