'Heartbreaking': Reactions to the Manchester Attack

Public officials, celebrities, and others tweeted their support for the victims and their horror at what had taken place in Manchester, England, on Monday night.

Some sort of explosive device went off outside of an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena. Police confirmed 19 people were killed and dozens had been injured.

It was unclear whether it was a suicide bomber or another type of explosive, but authorities are treating it as a possible terror attack.

Actor James Woods posted several tweets and retweeted others that called on people in Manchester to help find missing children who were reportedly at the concert.
