The first family will return to Martha’s Vineyard next month for their annual summer vacation, according to the Boston Herald, which reports that the Obamas will spend two weeks at the same $12 million mansion as last year.

The 17-room (seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms), 8,100-square-foot "cottage" in Chilmark is situated on 10 acres with "sweeping views" of the Elizabeth Islands.

Valued at about $12 million, according to the Herald, the property also boasts a combination basketball and tennis court and an infinity pool. The Obamas will reportedly be there from Aug. 8 to 23.

With the exception of 2012, when President Obama was running for re-election, the Obamas have spent every summer on the Massachusetts island. First lady Michelle Obama and daughters Sasha and Malia will accompany the president.

Martha’s Vineyard is a 100-square-mile island located to the south of Cape Cod. It is accessible only by boat and air.

The home is owned by Joanna Hubschman, the widow of General Electric executive Henry Hubschman, who died of cancer in 2011, according to The Daily Mail.

In 2007, Henry Hubschman contributed $6,900 — the maximum donation then allowed — to Hillary Clinton's failed 2008 presidential campaign, according to the newspaper, but two weeks before the general election Hubschman made a $2,300 contribution to Obama's campaign.

President Obama is known to frequent the island's three golf courses, where a round of golf at the public Farm Neck runs $170, according to the Herald, which also reports that the Obamas have booked a manicurist to come to the property three days a week during their stay.

During past trips, the family has been spotted dining at local restaurants, riding bikes and lounging at the beach.
