Hillary Clinton put the nation's security at risk by using a private email server, GOP presidential candidate Scott Walker said Tuesday, commenting on the latest batch of the former secretary of state's emails to be released.

"It's not about emails, it's about national security," the Wisconsin governor told Fox News' "America's Newsroom" co-host Bill Hemmer. "She put our national security at risk. She put your security, my security, and my children's security at risk."

Further, Walker believes that it's likely that the "Chinese and Russian governments know more about her email server than members of the U.S. Congress do."

Walker also criticized fellow GOP candidate Jeb Bush for his call to wait and discuss a decision on the nuclear agreement that's been reached with Iran.

"I refuse to live with a deal that threatens our safety and that of our closest allies," Walker told show host Bill Hemmer, pointing out that he would "rip up the agreement" immediately if he becomes president.

"If you know it's a bad deal, why would you wait a month or six months or a week or two?" he said. "I'll terminate it on the first day and reinstate the sanctions authorized by Congress, and start convincing our allies to do the same. We don't need another day to go by where Iran does not have the sanctions back in place."

Walker also denied reports that he's called for also building a wall at the Canadian border, as well as at the Mexican border, to prevent people from entering the country illegally.

"I never talked about a wall at the north, and I'm certainly not now," Walker said. "That's what happens when things get run amok."

On Sunday, Walker was asked whether he wanted to build a wall on the northern border, too, during an interview on NBC's "Meet the Press."

Walker said law enforcement officials in New Hampshire brought up the topic of building a wall along the U.S.-Canadian border during a recent town hall meeting. He says they raised some legitimate concerns, so it's a "legitimate issue for us to look at."
