Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for a porn star who claims to have had a brief affair with President Donald Trump, is now asking his Twitter followers if he should continue making television appearances or if he should cease doing so and "stop disclosing accurate information."

Avenatti represents Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, and he regularly appears on CNN, MSNBC, and other news networks. He claims to have uncovered revelations regarding the investigation into Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen and has made them public.

On Tuesday, amid calls from his critics he should cut back the time he spends on TV, he posted this tweet:

The Media Research Center recently published data that showed Avenatti appeared on CNN 59 times from March 7 to April 30.
