The Obama administration is heaping praise on diplomats for reaching an agreement that sidestepped Congress and led to the exchange of five Taliban militants held at Guantanamo Bay for U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl. Republicans, however, are critical of the deal, calling it "reckless" and saying it will lead to more Americans being taken hostage.
