A majority of those polled by YouGov say former President Donald Trump has a better chance of winning in 2024 than President Joe Biden.
When asked who they think would win in the upcoming election, "regardless of who you prefer," 44% said Trump, 35% said Biden, and 21% responded they were unsure.
Nonetheless, the poll also found that support for candidates in both parties remains roughly even at 43%.
The poll, received responses from 1,593 adult U.S. citizens, and was conducted from Jan. 7-9, 2024. It holds a margin of error of +/- 3.2%.
