James Comey's book is already a bestseller thanks to his Twitter spat with President Donald Trump, the Hill reports.
The book, "A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership," won't be released until April 17, but it bumped up to No. 1 on Amazon after Comey retorted to Trump on Twitter following the firing of Andrew McCabe as deputy director of the FBI.
The book was No. 15 on Saturday morning, hours before Trump took to Twitter to celebrate McCabe's firing and call Comey "sanctimonious."
"The Fake News is beside themselves that McCabe was caught, called out and fired," Trump tweeted. "How many hundreds of thousands of dollars was given to wife’s campaign by Crooked H friend, Terry M, who was also under investigation? How many lies? How many leaks? Comey knew it all, and much more!"
Comey responded later in the day:
"Mr. President, the American people will hear my story very soon. And they can judge for themselves who is honorable and who is not," Comey wrote.
Comey's book has been available for pre-order for several months.
