President Trump tweeted out a photo Tuesday of his inauguration as well as a shoutout to the Iranian-born photographer whose company took the photo.
The panorama image, showing the throngs of people in attendance, is ostensibly a swipe by Trump to the media over the tug-of-war the past few days over coverage of just how many people attended – and watched – the president's inauguration.
"Abbas" is Abbas Shirmohammadi, an Iranian born photographer who came to the U.S. in 1978 and founded Panoramic Visions Photography in 1985.
Shirmohammadi signed the framed photo for Trump, but it is also available on his website – panaramicvisions.com.
Shirmohammadi's company also took photos of the 2016 Democratic National Convention. And Shirmohammadi himself had a photo taken two years ago with him, former President Bill Clinton and "friend," Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe.
